Giraffe equipment benefits from an extensive maintenance facility, purpose designed for servicing suspended access equipment. Located centrally in the UK, our trained and experienced engineers carry out routine servicing, repairs and testing on man riding hoists, safety devices and lifting equipment.
WHAT WE DO
Our purpose built workshop services and repairs our extensive rental fleet consisting of hoists, safety devices and lifting equipment. Servicing means providing our equipment with a maintenance regime that ensures optimum product performance, whilst ensuring the legislative and safety regulations are met. The engineers follow a robust procedure in line with manufacturer recommendations to ensure equipment is working efficiently and safely.
It is critical that man-riding lifting equipment is maintained on a regular basis to ensure safety and reliability.
Teams of skilled engineers and workshop facilities ensure a high quality maintenance, repair and testing service for our rental fleet. The team service over a thousand hoists and safety devices a year, using tablet and cloud technology in conformance with LOLER and other relevant legislation.
Giraffe Access believes the quality of maintenance, repair and inspection services is determined by the passion and expertise of our engineering staff. Zarafa actively recruit the best staff, focusing on individual talent. Each staff member pursues a learning and development programme so that they are always up-to-date and aware of the latest developments and current legislation, ensuring that all our inspections and certification conform to current Health and Safety legislation.
